Prune Pie


  • 1 pâte brisée ou sable
  • 250 gram de pruneaux dénoyautés
  • 37,5cl de vin rouge
  • sucre

Cook the prunes in the wine and add the sugar .( 2 soup spoons approx) untill you obtain a jam consistancy.
Roll out the pastry onto a tart dish and pour over the jam mixture.
Cook for 45 min in an oven at 180° keeping watch that it doesn’t burn!
